Key responsibilities

Lead development of products and capabilities that address key business needs in collaboration with Technology, Design, Analytics and Enterprise stakeholders.
Build and test proof of concepts, incorporating client feedback to refine product architecture and design.
Oversee product documentation, performance dashboards and operational processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement..
Monitor product health metrics and user analytics, resolve issues proactively, and drive adoption and engagement through actionable insights.
Define and groom user stories, create PRDs, and ensure thorough testing before feature releases.
Ideate and develop innovative product features leveraging emerging technologies and market insights.
Utilize analytics to inform business and customer strategy, optimize user journeys, and support growth through experimentation (A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel performance).
Create and implement analytical solutions on enriching data quality for usage across analytics and targeting.
Create innovative data products encompassing commercial prospect and customer targeting use-cases, to drive profitable acquisition and engagement strategy.
Develop strategic solutions for current business challenges leveraging data and insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective execution, quality delivery, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to solve unstructured problems
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
HIVE, SAS, SQL, Excel (Good to have -Python)
Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of management
Demonstrate positive attitude, agility, and willingness to learn and develop. Ability to work independently in a fast paced, structured, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
Strong flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frames while maintaining accuracy
Must be flexible to work across different shifts
