We're seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager to drive transformational initiatives across our Rest of World (ROW) operations.

What You'll Do:
As a Sr. TPM for ROW Operations in our Supply Chain Tech team, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how we deliver to customers worldwide. You'll orchestrate large-scale technical programs spanning Quick Commerce, Sub-same day delivery, FC Inbound operations, vendor experience, placements, and external fulfillment performance across ROW countries. This isn't just about managing projects—it's about shaping the future of global supply chain technology.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related)
- 15+ years of relevant software development experience
- 8+ years in technical leadership, program management, or similar roles
- Exceptional program management, problem-solving, and communication skills with proven ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
- Strong software development background with deep understanding of the full development lifecycle
- Demonstrated success managing and delivering large, complex cross-functional programs
- Detail-oriented self-starter with a track record of ownership and follow-through
- Strategic thinker who excels at tactical execution—comfortable with both long-term planning and day-to-day progress tracking
- Proven history of delivering large-scale projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and service-oriented architecture
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services and GenAI offerings
- Proficiency with Agile software development methodologies
