Key job responsibilities
We’re looking for strong software leaders who are passionate about building delightful, high-impact shopping experiences for customers. This is a multidisciplinary role focused on work across recommendation and personalization systems.

* You will be responsible for leading the team by setting the team's technical vision, architecture, and development practices.
* You will be responsible for delivering key customer facing capabilities, delivering high quality artifacts.
* You will be responsible for raising the bar for the team's culture and helping grow the talent on the team.
* You will work closely across product, science, and design job families to come up with new solutions for customers. - 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
