Functional Description -

· This is a Travel Back-Office support role for Air & Non-Air products

· The candidate is required to work on GDS, review PNRs, compare booking rates etc.

· Should have sound knowledge of GDS – Sabre and should be able read/articulate the booking/ticket level details

· Should be able to read and interpret fare rules in GDS, fare sheets and apply the same while issuing tickets.

· Candidate will be required to action PNRs/Cases and ensure SLA adherence

· Should have excellent understanding of travel business to ensure smooth day to day operations

· Candidate should be result oriented and should be able to resolve queries from market

· Should be a self-starter & quick learner with ability to multi-task

· The incumbent shall ensure compliance with SLA and other internal guideline, policies related to the business area he/she will be part of

· Should be able to maintain excellent quality along with high productivity

Qualification –

· 1-3 Years of experience in Travel industry is a MUST, should have intermediate knowledge of travel industry terms

· Knowledge of Global TLS marketing programs, TLS Central a plus

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to review large volumes of data and document findings

· Strong will to win in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

· Should not be on any form of counseling or action plan

· Player with positive attitude and flexibility.

· Self-starter with ability to execute with Minimal Direction and strong attention to Detail

· Transactional Quality background will be an added advantage

· Basic PPT preparation skills. (Preferred)

· A self-motivated team player

· Intermediate EXCEL skills, preferred

· Familiarity with Tableau & SharePoint (Preferred)

· Should be flexible to work in 24*7 environment
