General expectations of the role:

Hold good understanding of IT Project Management concepts, Agile methodology.
Should have extensively worked in a client facing environment and worked with stakeholders from all geographies. Should have demonstrated excellent stakeholder management. Prior Big4 experience is preferred.
Good to have experience on requirements elicitation.
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Work independently and as part of a team with other KPMG colleagues at all levels
Prioritize tasks, proactively raise concerns/questions where appropriate for priority or engagement conflict resolution.
Must be self-directed and able to manage competing priorities and proactively communicate when conflicts arise.
Interact with clients on a regular basis through face-to-face meetings, video/teleconferences and email to understand client’s processes and business problems
Strong written, verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment.
Identify industry best practices and implement them in engagements.
