Skills required:

Advanced MS Excel proficiency and MS PowerPoint, Power Query and Power BI will be an added advantage
Strong communication skills – written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate to senior leaders.
Attention to details, review, and accuracy of deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Project Management Support : Provide Operational support to business team relating to tasks such as data processing and other administration tasks. Acts promptly to address project management requirements raised by business team.
Handling various management reports. Ensuring smooth monthly/quarterly/Annual closing and management reporting.
Perform various people related analysis e.g. Headcount, Utilization, Time Sheet compliance etc.
Independently perform/prepare ad-hoc tasks/reports.
Support team leads in various special projects undertaken time to time.

The Candidate:

Commerce professional with expertise in accounting principles, effective communication, and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.
