Role:

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to guide and support agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with Agile principles. Strong communication, servant leadership, and collaboration skills are essential

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Scrum Master with 6–8 years of experience, including hands-on leadership of teams delivering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The ideal candidate will excel at facilitating Agile delivery, removing impediments, and ensuring strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure team alignment with Agile principles and continuous delivery best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, AEM developers, QA, and UI/UX teams to manage scope and priorities.
Track and report on team metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and blockers.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Support integration of AEM solutions with marketing, content, and analytics platforms.
Manage dependencies and risks across multiple workstreams or third-party vendors.

Required Skills & Experience:

6–8 years of experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, with at least 2–3 years in AEM project environments.
Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Forms).
Excellent skills in Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile management tools.
Demonstrated success in managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
