Your Role

Hands- on experience in developing chatbots using Dailogflow CX
Experience in architecting and building AI powered chatbot applications using platforms such as Dialogflow CX
Experience in designing/developing user-centric conversation experiences involving chat, text or voice
Labels that are used by Conversational Architects in the Conversation Nodes can be considered as Pages in Dialogflow

Your profile

Sound knowledge of cloud platforms(GCP/AWS/Azure)
Experience in integrating APIs using NodeJS and Python
Construct intents, entities, and annotations in Dialogflow tool
Write API documentation that outlines endpoints that Customers need to implement the CCAI on their end
Liaise with the Customer and Data Architect on use case requirements and API technical requirements
