- Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side rendering.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and popular front-end libraries like React.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB data modeling, aggregation framework, and optimization techniques.
- Experience building scalable server-side applications with Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub.
- Strong understanding of Agile practices and ability to work within Agile teams using tools like Jira
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide a team of developers and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand business requirements and ensure they are translated into technical specifications.
- Create and manage development timelines, ensuring the team meets deadlines and objectives.
