Your Role

Total Experience Required Overall -9-12 Years Only.

Location: Bangalore Only

Provide leadership, direction, and team alignment, fostering collaboration and a shared vision across teams.
Mentor teams in technology, architecture, and application delivery while ensuring a high standard of execution.
Drive operational improvements, transformation programs, and enforce effective processes and controls.
Manage time effectively, remain adaptable and creative, and ensure successful project delivery in AMS/development environments.
Willingness to travel to client/project sites, demonstrating professionalism and stakeholder engagement.

Your Profile

Techno-functional expertise in SAP/ERP/Oracle/Custom Applications with strong problem‑solving and risk/issue management.
Experience in project leadership, business case justification, Agile/Scrum delivery; Scrum Master (mandatory) and PMP (desired).
Strong capabilities in program planning, SOW creation, financials (budget/P&L), and high‑value solution deployment.
Proven ability to lead multiple Scrum teams, drive operational excellence, automation, tools implementation, and quality governance.
Excellent communication, ability to present technology POVs, mentor teams, stay updated with trends; strong MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, ServiceNow preferred.
