Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Global GCP Capability Leader at the VP level. This role will be responsible for leading and developing global capabilities within our organization, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and driving excellence across various functions.

Primary Skills

This person will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Lead the development and implementation of global capability strategies to support business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps and develop solutions to address them.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and performance.
Provide leadership and guidance to capability teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Ensure alignment of capability development efforts with overall business strategy and goals.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of capability development programs and initiatives.
