Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional in Anonymization, Confidential AI, Python and Architecture to join our team across PAN India Location. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 12 years hands-on experience with Confidential AI and Anonymization and a strong understanding Architecture, Python , database and Privacy models.

Develop and integrate tokenization and anonymization capabilities within AI/ML training and inference pipelines.
Implement secure data-in-use controls using Confidential Compute (TEE/SGX/GPU enclaves).Build reusable security components for model ingestion, feature engineering, training, scoring, and output pipelines.Collaborate with AI/ML Team, Product Owners, and Data Security teams to define secure patterns and enforce control requirements.
Validate and test model behaviour with tokenized/obfuscated features; support explainability (SHAP) and model integrity checks.
Ensure compliance with enterprise encryption, key-management, and data-handling standards across all AI workflows.
Optimize performance of protected AI workloads running on on-prem, GPU, and cloud-native environments. Prepare documentation, design artefacts, and guidelines for secure AI adoption across business units.

Your Profile

3 to 12 years of experience in Cryptography , Anonymization techniques, Knowledge of Confidential Compute technologies & Architecture, Python , database and Privacy models.
Strong expertise in data privacy and protection, particularly tokenization, anonymization, encryption, and secure ML pipelines.
Proven experience in AI/ML engineering, including Python, XGBoost, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow. Knowledge of Confidential Compute technologies (Intel SGX, AMD SEV, TEE frameworks) and secure enclaves.
Experience integrating AI workloads into enterprise platforms (APIs, feature stores, vector databases, batch/stream pipelines).
Hands-on experience with PKI, Key Management, TLS, and secure data-movement frameworks.
