Your Role

Total Experience: 14-16 Years

Location: Bangalore

The Engagement Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end service delivery across SAP managed services (development, support, run & projects). This role requires strong SAP engagement management exposure, client governance, financial stewardship, and delivery excellence.

Owns end‑to‑end service delivery across SAP managed services, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and contractual adherence.
Manages day‑to‑day scope, budget, estimate-to-complete, and client communication.
Leads operational governance including incident, problem, change, and request management.
Acts as the primary client contact, driving stakeholder engagement, escalations, and service reviews.
Owns financial stewardship—budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, reporting, and invoice accuracy

Your Profile

SAP engagement management experience, including AMS + project delivery, with SAP ABAP or GTS exposure as an advantage.
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes/tools, SLAs, KPIs, performance reporting, and operational governance.
Experience working in Agile environments (features, user stories, improvements, backlog handling).
Excellent client handling, communication, escalation management, and multi‑vendor coordination skills.
Preferable certifications: PMP, ITIL, with strong financial acumen across forecasting, budgeting, and ROI planning.
