Your Role

Lead end‑to‑end operating model transformation initiatives with AI integrated into core processes, decision flows, and governance.
Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing team of 20 strategy and process consultants.
Develop AI‑first frameworks, assets, and accelerators to support global demand.
Engage with senior executives and CXO stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps.
Oversee delivery excellence across multi‑location, multi‑cultural client environments.
Lead sales and pre‑sales activities including proposals, solutioning, and business cases.

Your Profile

10+ years of consulting experience with strong exposure to operating model design, enterprise transformation, or process consulting.
Proven track record leading medium or large consulting teams.
Experience with AI/ML‑driven transformation (strategy, process, or implementation).
Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
MBA from a Tier‑1 institute.
