Thorough knowledge of Due Diligence, AML, KYC, Anti-Bribery and Corruption and Sanctions.
Demonstrated ability and knowledge to carry out due diligence engagements, both at a maker, checker and project management level. Candidate should possess in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
Knowledge of desktop-based research and research tools and databases designed for online due diligence.
Monitor progress and ensure that key stakeholders are informed about progress and expected outcomes
Successful completion of client engagement deliverables in line with project plan, ensuring high quality work delivery within appropriate time scales and adhering to pre-defined methodologies towards delivering due diligence reports on specific targets to highlight red flags.
Responsible for monitoring quality of deliverables that go out to client.
Maintain relationships at management level for existing and past clients
End to end client management and project management on at least one long running/large project.
Remain current on new developments within the industry
To actively develop, mentor and coach team members.
Ability to organize the daily work flow among the team members
Team management skills and team management experience are a plus.
