KPMG India is seeking dynamic and innovative professionals with 5–15 years of experience in solution delivery, product development, and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will lead innovation initiatives, bring advanced technical capability, and drive digital transformation by architecting and delivering AI-driven products for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead innovation in solution delivery and design advanced AI-powered products for clients.

• Work across internal and client teams to define requirements and develop robust solutions.

• Oversee proof-of-concept and minimum viable product development, and manage production deployments.

• Provide expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and product lifecycle management.

• Track industry trends and introduce new technology aligned with business strategies.

• Mentor and lead teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and reliable solutions.

• Present recommendations and project status to senior leadership and client stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related field.

• 5–15 years of experience in solution delivery, product development, AI/ML, or digital transformation.

• Proven record in designing and deploying AI-based products.

• Proficiency in machine learning, cloud services (Azure/AWS), Python, SQL, and related tools.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strategic mindset, problem-solving ability, and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Experience managing full product lifecycles in cross-functional or consulting settings.

Required Skills:

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and digital strategy.

• Knowledge and implementation of AI frameworks deep learning, and enterprise solution architecture.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results with creativity and resilience.
