Third Party Risk Management (TPRM):

Develop and maintain the third-party risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on third-party vendors and partners.
Monitor and report on third-party risk exposure, performance, and compliance status.
Collaborate with procurement, legal, and business units to ensure vendor contracts include appropriate risk and compliance clauses.
Lead periodic reviews and audits of third-party relationships.
Maintain tools and systems (e.g., RSA Archer, MySourcing) for tracking and managing third-party risks.
Ensure alignment with enterprise risk management and business continuity strategies.
Develop and maintain the operational resiliency testing framework, aligned with industry standards (e.g., DORA, FFIEC, ISO 22301).
Ensure compliance with EU outsourcing regulations including:
- EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing Arrangements
- GDPR (Data Processing Agreements, data subject rights, breach notification)
