We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Python development. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in both domains and a passion for learning and working across diverse technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Build and maintain Python-based automation scripts, APIs, and backend services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to tech innovation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA and Python development.
Proficiency in at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and Power Automate).
Strong Python programming skills including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Flask, etc.
Experience with REST APIs, databases, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Open to learning new technologies and adapting to evolving tech stacks.
Experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is an advantage.
