Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our partners receive the highest level of support and service, enabling them to maximize their potential with our platform. . You’ll be closely involved during their onboarding and post-onboarding journeys, assisting them as required.  <br><br></p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You’ll be the go to person for our partners, assisting them and ensuring they receive timely and effective resolutions. </li> <li>Work with multiple cross-functional teams including but not limited to FinOps, Tech Support, Banking Ops, Biz-Ops, Activations, Engineering etc to unblock partner queries</li> <li>Work closely with Account managers whenever required to ensure the best experience is delivered to our partners.</li> <li>You should be able to understand the issue/problem statement, break down the problem statement to identify root cause, and liaise with cross-functional teams to drive resolution</li> <li>You will be responsible to update various forums and channels on progress of various tickets.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Why you’ll love working with us: </strong><br><br></p> <ul> <li>Join a team that thrives on innovation and is passionate about leveraging data and technology to solve complex partner queries. </li> <li>Your contributions will directly impact our partner’s experience with our platform, which in turn contributes to our company's growth.  </li> <li>Experience a supportive and inclusive work environment where teamwork is valued.
