What do you need to succeed?
Must have fulltime Bachelors Degree preferably B.Sc (CS) / BCA / BE / B.Tech
2+ years of relevant work experience in IT Support
Strong experience on MAC OS and Windows systems
Basic knowledge on Azure Cloud workspace
Basic knowledge on Active Directory user support
Good Troubleshooting skills
