In this role, you will define, own and drive technical workflows that reduce the manual work of core team members. You will improve code efficacy by designing appropriate monitors, alarms and testing suites. You will leverage high-judgement in determining risks, trade-offs, opportunity cost, and benefits in prioritizing work for our 3P tech partner. Finally, you will lead a team of 30+ through quarterly planning and hold all stakeholders accountable to a high throughput by developing flashes, monthly business updates, and other mechanisms. As a technical leader, you will influence strategy and outcomes across Last and Middle Mile programs.

The right candidate will possess a strong program management background, will have high judgement and follow-through, and will have a well-rounded background in current web technologies. This role will inform strategic initiatives, and will require you to own projects from ideation to execution and delivery. This role is inherently cross-functional and requires a strong ability to project manage, communicate, influence and earn the trust of software engineers, product teammates, stakeholders, and business leadership.- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
