Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, organized and self-driven Product Managers who can drive innovation, set up the processes and execute in the space of Inventory Management and Automation for Premium 3P sellers on A.in Marketplace.

You will own Automation metrics of P3P sellers / work with various internal stakeholders to achieve the same. You will also be in-charge of driving system/process improvements working with P3P Seller ISMs, tech teams and delivering on key operation programs which makes the Amazon India business sustainable and profitable in the long term. You will create, write and review business cases, perform supporting research and analysis, and develop solutions from conceptualization to execution and monitoring.
This position requires strong self-motivation, self-starting and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with all the category leaders, planning and forecasting managers, operations team, and technology teams to develop strategy, dashboards, and modes of execution to solve complex problems related to inventory managment. The candidate will be working with cross-functional teams to deliver on seller / vendor operational performance along with key operations improvement programs.

Key job responsibilities
 Ensure sellers' inventory automation performance inline with entitlement.
 Identify and articulate strategic importance of metrics as a basis for managing tradeoffs, improving the customer experience and making decisions with internal and external stakeholders.
 Work closely with stakeholder teams on strategies to reduce cost, lead time, and waste across inventory management workstreams.
 Define, prioritize, and monitor to execution the programs/projects to achieve targets be delivered on time
 Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems
 Monitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with its target date, ensuring the overall integrity within the program
 Work with Cross-functional teams to deliver operational performance / projects.

Successful candidates will be having high analytical and strong deep dive bias, excellent communicators, strong influencers, curious, highly motivated and effective within distributed teams.
The position is located in Bangalore, India.

About the team
Seller Inventory Management Services (SIMS) comprises of 3 verticals: a) Centre of Retail Excellence (CoRE) – the team drives inventory automation with P3P sellers, b) Business Ops Excellence (BOX) – the team supports P3P sellers in inbound management, inventory health management and drives Operational Excellence programs and c) Vendor Experience (VX) – the team drives improvements in Inbound and RTV operations via Vendor facing feature launches. This role is for CoRE vertical.- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience owning technology products
