Key job responsibilities
Shopping experience is an evolving space globally with an opportunity to build innovations that change the way customers shop. Among the toughest, most challenging and ambiguous areas of shopping is related to end-to-end experience for Lifestyle shopping. This gets further complex due to diverse set of customers and their differentiated needs and expectations when they come to us to shop. Offering best-in-class lifestyle shopping experience is a must for the highly demanding customer base that exists in India. Innovations in Gen-AI and LLM technologies offer an opportunity to change the game by building simple and relevant customer experiences that scale across Amazon's vast selection and become a matter of habit.

The incumbent in this role (Sr. PM - Tech) will own end-to-end vision, strategy and experience for key capabilities across our shopping funnel leveraging new technologies to step-change the customer experience for the highest impact areas of our business. The role involves defining the product strategy by identifying and scoping key CX drivers and leveraging upcoming technologies to drive them. This would include but would not be limited to Shopping pages, Trends, Onsite content, video content, buying guides, trails etc. The role also requires this product leader to visualize and own working backward narratives for new patterns/paradigms of fashion shopping, and experiment with new Gen-AI based solutions for discovery and evaluation.

The PM in this role will work closely with India tech and ML teams, IN ShopEx, WW platform teams, business and leadership to own and influence high stakes projects that are expected to drive. The PM is expected to face & resolve significant obstacles and conflicting priorities as we create and implement the vision for lifestyle businesses in India. This role will also require a strong backbone and hard influencing skills to tackle and resolve roadblocks and multi-dimensional conflicts to successfully build what is needle moving for Indian customers and then taking it global using scalable solutions. A successful product leader in this role will also be expected to manage leadership and stakeholder expectations across diverse business and tech groups.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about managing challenging, lengthy projects across multiple teams and locations. He or she will be comfortable marshaling large amounts of data to make decisions and build business cases. We are looking for a Product Manager who shares Amazon's passion for the customer—someone who understands the importance of compelling features and functionalities in driving great customer experience. - Experience working directly with engineering teams
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- full-time MBA program in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, business administration or a related field
- 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience
