We are looking for a builder who can Think Big and Invent & Simplify to launch and scale the Amazon Ads Alliance program for India Cross Border Ecommerce. This role will create a partner-led growth engine by building deep, trusted relationships with SPNs, tool providers, service providers, and seller-trainers - turning the broader ecosystem into active advocates for Amazon Ads.
Operating in a fast-paced, start-up–like environment, the Partnership & Alliance Manager will define and own the end-to-end alliance strategy—identifying and onboarding high-impact SPNs, tool providers, service providers, and seller-trainers, and enabling them to act as credible educators and advocates for Amazon Ads. The role will focus on building structured, repeatable engagement models that allow partners to deliver thought leadership at events, co-create high-quality educational content, and amplify Amazon Ads narratives through their own channels and communities.
This is a high-visibility role that works closely with Senior Global Selling Stakeholders and also collaborating closely with Cross Border Alliance teams to integrate alliance partners into Amazon-led programs and campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strong ecosystem instincts with operational rigor, ensuring partnerships are scalable, measurable, and directly tied to seller engagement and advertiser growth. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how Amazon Ads extends its reach, credibility, and impact in India through a partner-led growth engine.
Key job responsibilities
* Build and own the Amazon Mastermind Alliance program in India, onboarding and managing strategic partners including SPNs, SaaS/tool providers, agencies, and certified seller-trainers.
* Develop a structured alliance engagement model, enabling partners to deliver speeches at Amazon-led and partner-led events, contribute to educational content, and represent Amazon Mastermind credibly in the ecosystem.
* Activate alliance partners across channels, driving co-created content on social, webinars, blogs, and offline forums, and amplifying Amazon Ads narratives through partner-owned audiences.
* Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Cross Border Marketing, Global Selling) to integrate alliance partners into event agendas, campaigns, and seller education programs.
* Create scalable playbooks and governance, including partner tiers, enablement kits, messaging guidelines, and performance expectations.
* Track and optimize alliance impact, using data to measure reach, engagement, seller activation, and program ROI, and continuously raise the bar on partner quality and outcomes.- Experience influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem with either solutions or programs that have demonstrated success at enterprise customers
