Job Description

Take ownership of and drive the development of high-visibility projects that are critical to our product roadmap and business objectives.
Define and Lead Technical Roadmaps, mentor and Cultivate Excellence and work closely with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, intelligence, platform, and experience teams, to ensure alignment.
Participate in and lead code and design reviews, maintaining high standards of code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Lead and mentor other Software Engineers (SWEs) within the team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
Manage large-scale production systems and diagnose complex problems, ensuring the reliability, performance, and stability of our services.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
2 years of server-side experience and familiarity with building for end users.
Experience building and shipping user facing features and owning the whole stack.
