Job Description

Develop a roadmap and next-gen algorithms, models to improve local search ad quality and coverage, supporting the growth of local search ads.
Work on technical projects, including ads, image/video quality modeling, Large Language Model, quality experimentation, logs analysis, and production stability.
Gain understanding of the user and advertiser needs on local queries and local ads products.
Lead, mentor, and provide technical leadership for a team of Software Engineers.
Build a technical culture in the team with a focus on Engineering excellence and product and system health.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working with two or more from the following: web application development, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, developing large software systems, or security software development.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects.
