Job Description

Build the direction and strategy for Google Global Network health, insights and visibility platform.
Represent GGN and collaborate with partner teams to build cross-functional alignment and roadmaps supporting business needs of GGN and our customers.
Define the roadmap and features supporting security and sovereignty needs of Cloud customers.
Work closely with customers to define and refine their journeys and requirements.
Increase awareness, training, education, of GGN products to enable Google businesses to offer services using the infrastructure.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Experience with Networking, Network Architecture, Networking Protocols, Software Architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in running large scale operations and excellent knowledge of financial models and can make build, buy, and partner decisions.
Experience in driving large scale cross functional projects.
Experience with Release and product launches.
Experience in tooling, software systems.
Background in product management, product offerings and pricing, software and hardware engineering, distributed systems, network design, operations, deployment, content distribution network.
Understanding of network technologies and architectures, operations, QoS, Traffic Engineering, bandwidth management, routing protocols, software defined networking.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Experience with Networking, Network Architecture, Networking Protocols, Software Architecture.
