Job Description

Lead a team to design, develop, and deploy consumer-facing features for Games Loyalty across multiple platforms (e.g., Android, web, etc.), and work across the full Play stack.
Build and enhance developer-facing features and reporting tools within the Play Developer Console to improve the experience for game developers.
Lead the technical roadmap to evolve existing infrastructure and build new systems to support the expansion and scaling of the Games Loyalty program.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, and delivering mobile applications using native Android/IOS/Mobile Web technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in software development and coding in C/C++, Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
Experience leading technical products and managing a team.
