Job Description

Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understanding key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
Support the technical relationship with Google’s customers, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partner directly with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to Google Cloud.
Create and deliver technical content (e.g., best practices, tutorials, code samples, presentations) to enable customers and internal teams to leverage Google Cloud Code Assist tool.
Travel to customer locations and represent Google Cloud at conferences, meetups, and other industry events to share knowledge, network with peers, and stay current on the latest trends.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in modernizing legacy applications and applying cloud native development methodologies and tools, including container technology.
Experience with software development, code technology migrations programs, code version migrations.
Experience in one or more languages/frameworks Python, Java, GoLang, JavaScript, Typescript, PyTorch, and Jupyter/Colab notebooks.
Experience with popular frameworks springboot, Model-View-Controller (MVC) frameworks.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with modern software development life-cycle methodologies and tools including IDEs, CI/CD, container orchestration and operations.
Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI.
Ability to create quick prototypes/demos, and articulate this to a customer audience, while integrating with existing systems and processes.
Ability to engage with C-level or executive business leaders and influence decisions.
Excellent consulting skills, with the ability to deliver technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions that are aligned with the customer with defined scope and success criteria.

You will help customers and partners in understanding the power of Gemini code assist, explaining technical differentiators, helping customers deploy the tool in the development eco-system, building use-cases for Artificial Intelligence (AI) assisted software development tooling like legacy code migration, version migration etc., and problem-solving any potential roadblocks and day-to-day software development life-cycle. You will work with customers and product development to shape the future of the Gemini Code Assist.
