Job Description

Work with Product Manager on identifying users' pain points on game discovery and on offers discover. Re-engage and build product goals for Play Store Game Discovery and Play Store offers Discovery to increase Play store business.
Work with developers and cross-functional teams to understand developer needs and build product goals for ensuring that our developers run a business on Play.
Set technical directions for a team of engineers on improving game recommendations and offers recommendations, including applicants generation, ranking and packing.
Build user facing features on Games Home and Details Page to make the Play Store a joyful destination for game and offer discovery.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
