Job Description

Work as a team to deliver impactful milestones for Google's infrastructure.
Participate in coding, implementation, testing and productionization of major deliverables.
Act as the team's point-of-contact to other teams to provide guidance on how their systems needs can be best supported.
Innovate and experiment with various techniques to improve the system both in performance and functionalities.
Maintain a high bar and set the right design and coding standards.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
5 years of experience building developer tools that improve developer velocity, code quality and code health (e.g., compilers, automated releases, code design and testing, test automation frameworks).

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
5 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
Experience with engineering productivity or platform services.

By joining our newly formed team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering impactful projects across various areas, including Play Monetization, Play Apps, and Play Games.

This opportunity is specifically for the Games Engineering Productivity team. Bengaluru Games is investing heavily with new projects which would require tools, infrastructure, analytics, and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
