Job Description

Manage an extensive array of administrative tasks including calendars, travel bookings and facility/equipment scheduling.
Plan and execute events such as all hands presentations, offsites and leadership meetings by co-ordinating content, organizing activities and securing speakers.
Co-ordinate duties across multiple offices.
Optimize efficiency and responsiveness in existing operations while contributing to the development of new strategies.
Mentor new team members and lead small projects as a technical manager.

Minimum qualifications:

3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities co-ordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.

3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities co-ordination, etc.).
