Job Title: Oracle Fusion Talent and Learning Management Cloud Principal Consultant - Support

Location: Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Talent and Learning Management Cloud Principal Consultant to provide expert support and guidance for Oracle Fusion Talent and Learning Management implementations, configurations, and troubleshooting. This is a client-facing role that involves collaborating with internal teams and customers to ensure the optimal setup, deployment, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Talent Management Cloud solutions.

As a Principal Consultant, you will leverage your deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Learning Management Cloud to assist customers with complex challenges, while ensuring successful integration with other Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Talent and Learning Management Cloud applications, including Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning, Learning Management, and Compensation.
Consulting & Solution Design: Work with clients to understand their business needs and design solutions using Oracle Fusion Talent and Learning Management Cloud that align with their strategic objectives.
Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment and configuration of Oracle Fusion Talent and Learning Management Cloud modules and ensure the successful integration with HR, Payroll, and other related systems.
Configuration & Customization: Help clients with module configurations, security setup, data migration, and system integrations to tailor the platform to meet their specific business needs.
Training & Enablement: Deliver training sessions for internal teams or end users on Oracle Fusion Talent and Learning Management Cloud best practices and functionality.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including leadership teams, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Oracle Fusion Talent and Learning Management Cloud.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud releases, industry trends, and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into your support activities.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Talent and Learning Management Cloud with a high level of expertise and efficiency.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding configurations, customizations, and best practices for reference purposes.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Talent and Learning Management Cloud applications, including Performance Management, Succession Planning, Goal Management and Learning Management
Certifications: Oracle Cloud certifications related to Talent Management (preferably Oracle Fusion Talent Management Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist).
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Talent Management Cloud modules, tools, and integrations. Proficient in cloud-based HR technology.
Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Talent Management.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Consulting Skills: Experience working in a consulting environment with the ability to work directly with clients and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Project Management: Experience managing or supporting project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Talent Management, Learning etc..).
Experience working with third-party integrations (e.g., LMS, Performance Management systems).
Previous involvement in large-scale Oracle Cloud Talent Management implementations.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Ready to work in shifts including night shift. The role will be based in Bangalore / Hyderabad.
