We have dedicated Development, Quality and Product Management teams spread across the Oracle HQ and India Development Centre, working together as a single team across a wide spectrum of technologies involved in areas such as user experience, enterprise integration, business rules and workflow processing, mobile CRM and social CRM.

We are an engineering team specifically focused on the Performance, Scalability and Reliability (PSR) aspects of the Oracle Siebel CRM application suite and integrated products. Our goal is to achieve highest levels of performance, scalability, reliability, high-availability and serviceability for mission critical Oracle Siebel CRM Applications.

Role Objective: Short Description about the Role:

The person performing this role is responsible for performance testing the application by designing, developing or debugging automation scripts, analyze the results and provide the reports to management.

Role Summary: Qualifications and Special skills

Qualification :

• Possess Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer science discipline.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Training skills an advantage, as there will be a need to demo functionality and share knowledge to teams.

Special Skills :

• Possess a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in performance, scalability & reliability testing using automation tools - preferably Oracle Application Testing Suite / Load Runner / JMeter / similar load testing tools.

• Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize work based upon continuous new input and changing business needs. Must be proactive in problem solving.

• Experience in cloud technology testing

• Experience in CPU & memory profiling tools like VisualStudio/WPR/Purify/JProbe/JProfiler would be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and scripting languages (Unix shell scripting, perl, java programming) an added advantage.

• Work experience with large cross functional teams.

• Ability to work independently and meet objectives within release timeframe.

• Experience in doing load testing for Siebel CRM product is an added advantage
