Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive oversight of the India background checks and investigations to support informed decision-making by hiring managers and HR professionals. The Background Investigator will oversee and gather, analyze, and verify information from various sources to create a holistic profile of each applicant, ensuring that their qualifications and character align with the company's standards and the requirements of the position.
