Senior Manager, Software Development
Job Description
Building on our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health Foundations EMR, while building out a innovative cloud based supporting modernized, automated healthcare.
At Oracle Health, our mission is to improve healthcare and quality of life globally through better experience and easier access to health and research data for patients and healthcare providers. We are looking for hands-on managers with expertise and passion in solving difficult problems in all areas of software engineering: distributed systems, identity, security, observability, and user experience.
Qualifications:
▪ Minimum 10+ years of software product development experience with expertise in full stack development/coding with proficiency in Java, ReactJS, JavaScript, and SQL.
▪ Strong expertise and practical experience in building highly scalable, large and complex technical projects from concept to production
▪ Demonstrated expertise in migrating legacy systems to cloud platforms, including strategy development, execution, and optimization.
▪ 5+ years of experience of growing and leading successful teams.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
