As a Software Development Senior Manager at OCI, you’ll work alongside driven, innovative professionals in a dynamic environment built for belonging and success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, building, and deploying distributed, cloud-scale solutions, combined with strong leadership and the desire to continuously learn and collaborate.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
At least 10–12 years in the industry, including 5+ years in a management role
Proven expertise in developing and running large-scale, highly available, cloud-based distributed systems
Strong background in OS fundamentals, data models, and distributed storage technologies
Deep understanding of modern security principles and best practices
Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle, as well as troubleshooting and performance optimization
Experience with public cloud services and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform is a plus)
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Computer Science
Experience in Cloud Engineering Infrastructure Development
Startup or Agile/SCRUM environment experience
Hands-on experience with containerization, virtualization, and fleet orchestration
Familiarity with networking protocols and building secure solutions
