Our Team

Bank of Ireland (BOI) implemented SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) payment system in year 2013. OFSS is providing application support to BOI SEPA payment system since May 2013. OFSS team is responsible to ensure stability of service that is being supported & meet SLA commitments. OFSS is responsible to transition all new changes to the systems.

Team is providing 24/7 technical support to payment applications by working offshore & onshore model.

As part of application support below applications are supported by team

Global Payplus MassPay
Global Payplus HighCare
GPP Payplus SP
Gpp Instant Payments
CTO payment Engine
CoreServices Applications like ALU, ACS, DWH etc

Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced GPP Payment SME to provide expert guidance on global payment processing, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of payment systems, technologies, and processes

Your Qualifications

A degree in Computer Science or a related field
10+ years in software development
Working experience on Finastra Global Payplus applications (GPP MP, HC, SP, IP)
In-depth knowledge of payment systems, protocols, and standards (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments).
Experience with payment processing technologies (e.g., payment gateways).
Desired skill - hands-on tuxedo, PLSQL, Linux

Your Responsibilities

As an integral part of the Production support team, you will be responsible for the following –

Provide technical expertise on global payment processing, including payment schemes, protocols, and standards (e.g., ISO 20022, PCI-DSS).
Develop and maintain documentation on payment processing procedures, policies, and guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize payment workflows.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR).
Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies for payment processing.
Develop and deliver training programs for internal stakeholders on payment processing and security.
Engage with external partners, vendors, and industry forums to stay updated on market trends and best practices.
Analyze and resolve complex payment processing issues.
Participate in project initiatives to enhance payment processing capabilities.
Maintain expertise on emerging payment technologies (e.g., blockchain, cryptocurrencies)
Participating in the designing of solutions or change interventions.
Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement.
Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication.
Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting.
Assisting in the implementation of solutions.

Filtration criteria:

8-10 years working experience on Fundtech Global Payplus application Mass pay & HC (GPP MP, GPP HC, GPP SP, GPP IP)
Should be aware of GPP MP, HC, SP & IP configuration & setup
Hands on experience GPP product is MUST or on similar Product.
Should possess strong analytical skills.
Experience of leading an engineering team and ability to drive high performance team culture.
Problem solving skills with an ability to come up with feasible alternatives and optimal design solutions.

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements:

Knowledge of multiple clearing systems
Hands on experience of SQL.
