Job Description
Job Title: Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant Experience: 6+ Years Implementations: Minimum 2 Full Cycle Implementations (Mandatory) Location: Across Oracle Office Locations in India Work Mode: Hybrid Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate should have delivered at least two full-cycle implementations and possess a solid understanding of end-to-end HR and payroll processes.
Required Skills6+ years of experience as an Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant.
Mandatory experience in minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle HRMS Payroll implementations.
Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OAB, Time & Labor, and India/US/UK payroll statutory setups (as applicable).
Expertise in Fast Formulas, Payroll Run processes, Costing, Balances, Retro-Pay, Retro-Notifications, and Element configurations.
Ability to work on functional documentation (MD50, BP80, BR100).
Good knowledge of integrations with financials and third-party HR/payroll systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex payroll issues.
Preferred SkillsExperience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll (added advantage).
Exposure to Agile delivery methodology.
Good communication skills and the ability to work with global teams.
EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, HR, or related field.
