Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of AI/ML and automation solutions aligned with enterprise and customer objectives.
Partner with business and technology leaders to translate AI opportunities into actionable outcomes.
Drive AI adoption and evangelism across internal teams, Oracle partners, and customer ecosystems.
Build proofs of concept, develop reusable solution components, and guide production deployment of AI solutions.
Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and engineers to ensure scalable, secure, and ethical AI deployments.
Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and differentiation.
Represent the organization at industry forums, customer briefings, and thought leadership sessions.

Experience Level

Minimum 10+ years overall experience, including at least 2 years in AI/ML.
Exceptional candidates with less experience but strong aptitude and innovation potential may also be considered.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven expertise in AI/ML solution design, automation, and data-driven innovation.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML cloud platforms: OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI.
Proficiency in Python or Java, with experience in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Deep understanding of CX transformation or Enterprise Architecture principles.
Strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical execution.
Excellent networking and collaboration abilities, with the confidence to engage clients, partners, and AI communities.
