Lead Analyst - SDM
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage in new supplier onboardings, which requires communication with multiple parties, including various departments and the suppliers themselves
- Verify bank changes that come through the iSupplier Cloud
- Maintain detailed records of submissions reviewed and steps taken
- Work in collaboration with other departments to resolve supplier payment and technical issues
- Prepare and maintain proper procedural documentation for compliance purposes
- Participate in ongoing development and maintenance of procedures and processes
- Track KPIs related to job function
- Accept other duties as assigned
- Work close with the strategic team, requesters and support processes for end to end solutions
- Identify, propose and initiate implementation of process efficiencies/improvements
- Proactive identification and resolution of problems related to assigned parts / suppliers
Desired Experience
- Experience working with Fusion/Oracle Public Cloud, with emphasis on supplier records (minimum 3 years) is a plus
- Use good judgement to make educated decisions to resolve complicated issues
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Works well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Constructive and thoughtful attitude
- Flexible and adaptable attitude toward work schedule
- Ability to work and communicate efficiently in different cultures
