Oracle Generative AI Service is an exciting team in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. We are delivering innovative services at the intersection of artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure. In Generative AI Service team, you will build and operate massive-scale cloud services leveraging state of art machine learning technologies to help customers to manage Knowledge Base and Tools development. We are committed to providing the best in cloud products to meet the needs of our customers who are tackling some of the world’s most challenging problems.

You will be part of a team of smart, hands-on engineers with the expertise and passion to solve difficult problems in distributed highly available services and virtualized infrastructure. At every level, our engineers have a significant technical and business impact by designing and building innovative new systems to power our customer’s business critical applications.

As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for working with multiple teams to plan & implement multiple large technical development projects including definition of end-to-end roadmap, risk management, resource & security process tracking, problem solving and communication of issues & outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; CSM and PMP are a plus
* 6 to 8 years managing large scale technical software programs
* Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
* Excellent judgment to influence product roadmap direction, features, and priorities.
* Understanding of SDLC and experience in managing modern application development involving cloud, CI/CD, DevSecOps concepts and tools
* A demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.
* Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment.
* Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at different levels in the org, engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience using agile software development practices and associated tooling

Knowledge or experience managing AI infrastructure, AI service or solutions will be an added advantage.
