Role overview

We’re seeking a passionate, user-centric Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and development of Oracle Health AI Perioperative products, with a focus on anesthesia care. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from product strategy and roadmap definition through execution and go-to-market—delivering features that help clinicians provide high-quality care for women during pregnancy and beyond.

This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and coordination across internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, UX, marketing, customer success, clinical experts, regulatory, legal, and compliance teams.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, including owning roadmap and delivering products from concept through launch
Demonstrated ability to translate complex user needs into clear product requirements and prioritize effectively amid competing inputs
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and GTM teams in a highly collaborative environment
Strong communication skills: ability to align stakeholders and clearly articulate tradeoffs, rationale, and outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, health IT, or clinical workflows; familiarity with clinical operations in acute or ambulatory settings
Knowledge of healthcare privacy and compliance expectations and processes (advantageous)
Experience with Anesthesia workflows, especially intraoperative care
Experience shipping products that support clinical decision-making, documentation, or workflow automation, including AI-enabled experiences

Clinicians can complete key Anesthesia workflows more efficiently and reliably, with measurable improvements in adoption and satisfaction
Features launch with strong clinical usability, compliance readiness, and operational enablement
A clear, evidence-based roadmap is maintained, reflecting user insight, clinical safety considerations, and business impact
