We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing Technology (MarTech) and Owned & Operated O&O campaign development across Outbound (email, push notifications, WhatsApp), Retail, and Landing Pages. This role will be the main POC to funnel India O&O strategic insights across marketing channels to drive further India (IN) growth. This role will be the main technical liaison between Marketing and Product teams, driving MarTech capabilities and performance optimization across India operations. Success in this role requires deep technical understanding of marketing systems, data-driven optimization approaches, and strong product partnership skills. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Data Science to enhance marketing technology infrastructure and customer experience optimization. This role will also need to understand Global and Central team guardrails and make sure IN campaigns are meeting a high performance bar. A successful candidate will have a passion for owned channel marketing, continuous A/B testing, and strong analytical instincts. Overall, we are looking for an advanced data-driven, technical marketer and a leader who’s particularly energized to accelerate growth and looking for new areas to learn and scale.

This role sits in Mumbai, reporting into a US-based team.

Key job responsibilities
* Lead Marketing Technology Development: Partner with Product Managers and Tech Leads to define, prioritize, and implement marketing tool requirements for Owned & Operated channels, focusing on scalable MarTech solutions for the India region
* Launch new programs though testing plan: Lead experimentation planning and execution. Test and learn across new MarTech features, managing multivariate and A/B testing campaigns.
* Drive Technical Optimization Programs: Collaborate with Product teams to optimize conversion rates, funnel analytics, and customer journey mapping using advanced analytics and A/B testing frameworks
* Cross-Functional Product Partnership: Work directly with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to integrate marketing capabilities into product roadmaps and ensure seamless customer experience across touchpoints
* Performance Analytics & Measurement: Establish comprehensive KPI frameworks, automated reporting systems, and performance measurement protocols in partnership with Business Intelligence Engineers and Data Science teams
* Marketing Technology Infrastructure: Lead technical implementation of marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring proper attribution, tracking, and optimization capabilities are built into all customer-facing experiences
* Data-Driven Insights & Optimization: Perform detailed technical analysis of customer behavior, conversion funnels, and engagement patterns to drive product and marketing optimization decisions
