Job Description


We are seeking a skilled MSD CRM Technical Consultant to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to meet business needs.

Primary Skills

Worked on different CRM / XRM versions.
Implemented complete life cycle of least 2 to 3 projects.
Expertise technologies like HTML 5 , CSS, SOAP, REST, Angular JS, Javascript
Experience in agile deliveries and tight timescale
Also having done projects on premise/ cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations
Must worked on D365 customization and configuration
Resolve the technical issues etc.
He should be customer facing with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent,PowerBI
Experience in Integration with third party applications.
Must have certified on D365
Sound expertise in DevOPs , GIT, Jira
Designed and developed Microsoft Flow, PowerApps and PowerBI reports.
Worked on Office 365, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint API’s.
Marketing automation, RESCO, Scribe, Kingswaysoft, Click dimensions

Secondary Skills

Aware of mobility in CRM.
Unified Service Desk , CICD, customer insight, omnichannel, Js
