Strategy & Transformation Managing Consultant

Your Role
Total Experience: 12-14 Years Only
Location: Mumbai and Bangalore Only
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive productivity improvement across large Application Maintenance (AM) accounts using data‑driven transformation levers.
- Lead major AM processes including Incident, Problem, and Service Request Management.
- Deliver transformation initiatives using automation, GenAI, L1.5 models, and problem reduction frameworks.
- Manage senior stakeholders including Capgemini leadership and client CXO‑level executives.
- Own account financials, including CMIP tracking, benefits realization, and governance of the transformation roadmap.
Your Profile
- Strong AM experience with a proven track record in driving transformation and productivity improvements.
- Hands‑on expertise in at least one lever: Automation (RPA), GenAI, Problem Management, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Data analytics mindset — ability to interpret AM data, identify patterns, and drive insights‑led decisions.
- Senior stakeholder management experience with strong communication and customer‑facing skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices; certifications like ITIL / Six Sigma are preferred.
