Your Role

Total Experience: 6- 9 Years

Location: Mumbai/ Pune/ Bangalore

Influence and architect transition solutions for large bids, collaborating with bid teams, analysts, and architects.
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of transition projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality commitments for multi‑tower, multi‑region engagements.
Ensure seamless support transition from project phase to Hypercare and BAU, including scope management and reporting.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, handle escalations, and identify new revenue opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement, coach team members, enhance transition methodologies, and ensure compliance with organizational processes.

Your Profile

Proven experience managing large, complex IT transitions and delivering multi‑tower, multi‑geography engagements.
Strong background in transition solutioning, proposal contribution, and designing transition approaches for large deals.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and facilitation skills across senior levels.
Certified in ITIL v3 (mandatory) with working knowledge or certification in PMP / Prince2 / Agile (preferred).
Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage teams, drive outcomes, and adapt to changing priorities.
