Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical CRM Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end implementations, strong technical expertise, and a customer-facing approach.

Primary Skills

4–10 years of experience in Technical CRM roles.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) with multiple full-cycle implementations.
Experience with CRM/XRM versions and D365 customization and configuration.
Proficient in web technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, SOAP, REST.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI.
Experience in DevOps, GIT, Jira.
Integration experience with third-party applications.
Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong communication and analytical skills; customer-facing experience.
Experience in agile delivery models and working under tight timelines.

Secondary Skills

Experience with on-premise/cloud deployments, support, upgrades, and migrations.
Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint APIs, and Dynamics 365 APIs.
Experience with Microsoft Flow, Power BI report development.
Exposure to marketing automation tools like:
RESCO, Scribe, KingswaySoft, ClickDimensions.
