Your Role

We are seeking for an experienced Instructional Designer - SAP Specialist with 5+ years of relevant exposure to join our team. The successful candidate will help in driving instructional writing/instructional design and content visualization.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Lead and manage the client engagement.
Lead and manage the project team.
Understand client requirements and propose learning solutions to meet the requirements.
Create course outlines and design documents based on client requirements.
Analyze current state environment, including analysis of performance gaps and job/task/needs analysis.
Facilitate requirements gathering workshop and conduct interviews to confirm performance needs and translate those needs into concrete options for learning interventions.
Facilitate design session with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Create project documentation including design templates, standards, style guides, technical specifications, straw models, train-the-trainer, pilot materials, and working prototypes.
Demonstrate expertise in developing a range of instructional materials including classroom-based training, e-learning, job aids, references guides, scenario case studies, on-the-job training, train-the-trainer course material, assessments, and evaluations.
Demonstrate effective course development and evaluation skills. Should be able to independently develop entry and advanced level technical and non-technical courses for both internal and external clients.
Deliver training on SAP system and business processes to key users / end-users.
Review deliverables developed by team members.

Your Profile

Ability to analyze complex technical content and present it in the most effective way to enhance learning.
Ability to identify content gaps.
Ability to manage projects from end to end and coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and internal team.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent course designing, writing, and reviewing skills.
Excellent command over English language (written as well as spoken).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle client communication and manage projects independently.
Excellent time management and self-management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated research and analysis skills.
Demonstrated experience designing and developing complex learning solutions.
Demonstrated experience designing and developing curriculum development programs.
Strong consulting capability with strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to work with geographically diverse subject matter experts and project teams.
