Your Role

Total Experience: 14-16 Years

Location: Pune

Provide end‑to‑end governance of a large Fixed‑Price RUN portfolio, ensuring on‑time, issue‑free service delivery and SLA/KPI compliance.
Act as the primary leader for customer and internal RUN delivery stakeholders, managing expectations and escalations.
Prepare and deliver executive‑level governance reports showcasing value adds, risks, issues, performance metrics, and service trends.
Identify and drive continuous service improvement initiatives, including automation opportunities and permanent fix solutions.
Manage risks, issues, and quality deviations while ensuring strong customer relationships and high service performance.

Your Profile

Proven experience leading large‑scale RUN/AMS service portfolios (200+ applications, multi‑million revenue).
Strong expertise in Service Delivery Management, SLA governance, and customer satisfaction management.
Ability to lead and mentor RUN SDMs and Delivery Teams, ensuring performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including executive‑level reporting (CIO‑level governance).
Proficiency in English with strong communication skills; ability to work effectively in a remote delivery model.
